"Mindfulness is the ability to see and experience things as they are in the present moment. This is achieved by intentionally cultivating non-judgmental awareness. When we are aware of ourselves, others and life circumstances as they are, we are then able to make wiser decisions, which at times include letting things unfold in their own time."
